Everyone was looking away wondering what the world thought of us – so I decided to look in and see who we really should be listening to. From my naïve beginnings photographing ‘traditional’ landscapes to being the official photographer of Indigenous participation at the 2000 Olympic Opening Ceremony in Sydney, Australia, I had the pleasure of losing my belief system in order to understand the true emotional range of humanity in its purest form.
